Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Under Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, Art. 9, you have the right to withdraw from a distance sale contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing any reason and without bearing any costs beyond those provided by law. The 14-day period begins: • from the date on which you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the products; • where a single order contains multiple products delivered separately, from the date of receipt of the last product.

2. Items Eligible for Return

All clothing items are eligible for return provided they cumulatively satisfy the following conditions: • unworn and unwashed; • with original labels intact and attached; • in original packaging (or a suitable equivalent); • free of damage attributable to the Customer.

3. Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items

Under Art. 16 of OUG 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to: a) Products made to the Customer’s specifications or personalised (e.g. items with embroidery or custom printing). b) Sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery — in particular intimate apparel once unsealed. c) Products damaged through the Customer’s fault as a result of use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product (under Art. 14(2) OUG 34/2014). Trying items on is permitted; wearing them in a manner consistent with actual use is not.

4. Return Procedure

Step 1 — Notification of withdrawal: Send an email to contact@icon-shop.ro with the subject “Return Order #[order number]”, stating: • the order number; • the items you wish to return; • the reason for the return (optional, but helpful for improving our service). We will confirm receipt and send you return instructions and a prepaid return label within 2 business days. Step 2 — Shipping the products: Return the products within 14 calendar days of the notification date, to the following address: ICON Store, Str. Consiliul Europei Nr. 2, ground floor, Iulius Town, Timișoara, Timiș, 300627 SC ICON SHOP SRL Timișoara, Romania We recommend using a tracked courier service and retaining proof of dispatch. Return shipping costs: • Borne by the Customer for returns under the right of withdrawal (standard under OUG 34/2014, Art. 13(3)). • Borne in full by SC ICON SHOP SRL where the product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly delivered (wrong item or wrong size).

5. Refunds

SC ICON SHOP SRL will process the refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned product, or from the date on which you provide proof of dispatch, whichever is earlier. The refund covers: • the product price; • the cost of standard outbound delivery (any additional cost arising from the choice of a premium delivery service is not refunded). Refunds are made via the same payment method used at purchase (bank card), with no fee charged to you.

6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrectly Delivered Products

If the product received is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what was ordered (wrong model, colour, or size), please contact us at contact@icon-shop.ro within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, providing: • the order number; • a description of the issue; • photographs of the product and packaging. In such cases: • SC ICON SHOP SRL covers the full cost of return shipping; • At your choice: replacement with the correct product, full refund of the price and delivery costs, a price reduction, or repair (as applicable).

7. Statutory Guarantee of Conformity

All products carry a 2-year statutory guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery, under Romanian Law no. 449/2003 and EU Directive 2019/771. Conformity defects must be reported within 2 months of discovery.
