1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise you on return visits, remember your preferences, and function correctly. Alongside standard cookies, we also use similar mechanisms: localStorage (storing your shopping cart in the browser) and sessionStorage (temporary session data). The legal basis for using cookies is: • Romanian Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in electronic communications • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Art. 6(1)(a) — consent, for non-essential cookies • ANSPDCP guidance on cookies Strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent; all other categories are activated only after your explicit agreement via the cookie banner shown on your first visit.

We use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled to understand how the site is used (pages visited, traffic sources, session duration). Data is aggregated and pseudonymised; individual users are not identified.

2.3. Marketing cookies
We do not currently use retargeting or behavioural advertising cookies. Any change in this regard will be communicated and will require your explicit consent.
2.4. Third-party cookies — payment processor (Stripe)

3. Cookie Duration and Management
Durations are shown in the tables above. Session cookies are deleted automatically when you close the browser. Others expire at the stated term or can be deleted manually.
4. Withdrawing or Changing Your Consent
Option 1 — Via the site banner: On your first visit, the cookie banner lets you accept all cookies, reject non-essential ones, or customise by category. You can revisit your choice at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the site footer. Option 2 — By deleting the cookie_consent cookie: Deleting the cookie_consent cookie manually causes the consent banner to reappear on your next visit. 5. International Transfers
Google Analytics processes data on servers located partly outside the European Economic Area. Transfers are carried out on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and/or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
